The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain Hotel Blue Mountains, Blue Mountains

I had a truly memorable experience at this hotel overall. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make us feel special. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family. However, I found the additional charges for using the beach quite frustrating considering the price of the rooms. Still, I would definitely return due to the great staff and lovely accommodations.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic and the heated pool was a highlight, I found the room a bit cramped and the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations.
